Acceptance
By using the imcore website or demo, or by purchasing an imcore software license, you accept these Terms of Service.
License grant
imcore grants you a license per the edition you purchase (Basic / Pro / Enterprise / Customer Service) or as a perpetual buyout, delivered as binaries without source code; customization is available via paid development. The Basic edition may be self-hosted free of charge.
Restrictions
Without written permission, you may not reverse-engineer or decompile the software, nor redistribute, resell, or transfer the license to third parties.
Fees & payment
You may choose annual subscription or a one-time perpetual buyout; buyout includes optional upgrade maintenance at 10%/yr (of the buyout price); enterprise / custom pricing is via sales. The order or contract governs the specifics.
Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imcore makes no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or of meeting any specific performance or scale.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your own deployment and operation of imcore, data security, end-user data processing, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Term & termination
A subscription license is valid for its term; a buyout license is perpetual. imcore may terminate the relevant license upon breach of these terms.
Governing law
