This policy explains how the imcore website (balala.im) and online demo (demo.balala.im) handle visitor information. It does not cover imcore instances you self-host — see the next section.
Data in the self-hosted product
imcore is delivered as binaries and deployed on your own servers/network. Your end users' messages and personal data live entirely in your infrastructure; you are the data controller for that data. imcore (the vendor) does not access, store, or process it.
What we collect
Website: server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp, for security/operations) and strictly necessary functional cookies; the site uses no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Online demo: a transient guest identity and session data issued for the demo. Sales contact: the name, contact details, and inquiry content you send us by email / WeChat.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries and to operate and secure the website and demo. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
The website and demo are hosted behind a reverse proxy on [cloud provider / our VPS]. We do not share visitor personal information with third parties except as necessary for hosting.
Retention
Access logs are kept for a limited period as needed for operations; demo data is transient and cleared periodically; sales correspondence is kept until the inquiry closes or as required by law.
